I like this recipe because not only is it good, but I think it's a good way to get kids to eat veggies. And we all know that almost everything is better with cheese on it!
Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked, sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions:
Combine carrots, soup, and cheese in a 1 qt. casserole dish. Combine bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top of carrots. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes or until heated through.
