I have a seven month old Pit Bull. I was told that he is a red nose bully, but I'm concerned that he is small for his age. In the picture he was like six months old.

If you think your pup is underweight, best talk to the vet and get feedback on if he is just the runt of the litter or maybe a mix with the mix being a smaller pup parent.
Our neighbor had pure breed of the dogs in the bully family...I am having a senior moment of the correct name....the target dogs....anyhow....one was HUGE (the boy) and the girl was much more petite. So they are like humans...with genes from history popping in to cause something like size!
Prayers there are no health issues!! I love that sweet little face!!!!
They are 30 to 60 pounds when full grown, and between 18 to 20 inches in height. Dogs reach adulthood at about 15 months, so yours is about halfway there
I think the average Pit Bull should weigh between 45 and 50 lbs at 7 months. If you think you dog is under weigh you should ask your vet to recommend a type of dog food to help it put on weight or go on line and ask for recommended type of dog food to feed your dog.
