I have a 6 month old Pit Bull and he weights 60 lbs. Will he continue to grow and or how big do you think he will get?

That is about the right weight- seems the max
Normally dogs grow until they are around 18 months old. I had one dog that did not reach their full growth until she was around 17 to 18 months old. Your dog may grow a bit more in he next few months or even close to a year. Depending on how active the dog is they can gain more weight.
When I see the picture it looks to be bout the right size. As well, he seems pretty stocky for his size, even though he looks about the right size.
