Easy to make avocado chocolate mousse. Enjoy a light, delightful dessert.

Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp agave
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Steps:
- Pour a little bit of water to the pot. Allow to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer. Put bowl on top with chocolate chips.

- Stir the chocolate around until completely melted. Then turn off the heat and allow to cool.

- Add avocado, agave, cocoa powder, vanilla, pinch of salt and melted chocolate chips in your food processor. Blend until smooth consistency.

- Pour out of food processor into serving bowls or glasses. Allow to chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
