My zebra finch had 3 eggs and they hatched yesterday and were thrown out of the nest. The male bird picked one by one out of the nest and left the babies down on the bottom and they are not feeding them.

There could be an issue with the babies and they might be sick. Other than this maybe the birds got nervous and were afraid that someone would hut the babies so it was easier to get rid of them.
I had this happen one time when my rabbit gave birth to her babies. My dogs were around the cage that night and she was afraid for the rest of her babies so she threw one out of the cage. One of my dogs picked it up and keep it warm all night long. He took care of the baby rabbit by putting it in his mouth to warm it up when it was cold and stopped moving.
You can try to put the babies back in the nest and see what happens. Other than this you may have to go online and find out how to take care of them yourself and feed them. This is a lot of work and takes a lot of care to grow them up.
There may be some defect in the babies that you cant see. Let nature take its course.
I would try putting them back in the nest a couple of times. If that doesnt work you will need to hand raise them.
Mine is a newborn. How can I feed it?
