It's a cute way to add some fun to a baby shower or first birthday party. Let the child have the ducks after the party.
Just mix lime sherbert and Squirt. The two colors turn blue and it tastes great. Easy but fun. Add some ducks on top and you have a fun idea!

Squirt is a grapefruit flavored soda. You could probably use an orange or lemon-lime one instead. And sherbet (or sherbert) is a sorbet style ice cream. It tends to be creamier than sorbet and is always fruity and tart.
I have seen similar recipes using different sodas and ice cream combinations so I imagine that you could make something delicious with whatever you may have on hand.
