This will work for anyone who needs to apply lotion or whatever they want too. To those hard to reach places on your back or whereever needed when your alone with no one to help you.
Total Time: 15 minutes or less

Supplies:
- 1 back scratcher or flat stick of some kind
- 1 unwanted wash cloth or soft material
- 1 twine
- storage bag (opt) or can take off and change cloth each time
Steps:
- Wrap a piece of cloth, 2"X8", around the end of stick.
- Wrap twine around the cloth tightly.
- Apply the lotion to the cloth and apply as needed.
- You can cover with a storage bag or reapply new cloth each time and just use rubber band to hold on cloth.
