Sounds delicious, sinfully delicious. My biggest concern is how much fat and cholesterol this has. All the fat from the bacon and mayo (which is mostly egg yolk and oil) will melt when broiled and get soaked directly into the bread like a sponge.
I definitely want to try this but I'll probably use turkey bacon and lite low-fat mayo. I may even pre-cook the bacon so that most of the fat drip off.
