Baked Creamed Corn

This is a great corn dish. Easy and inexpensive to make.

Ingredients:

2 cans cream style corn
3 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup water (mix with milk)
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Butter casserole dish. Beat eggs well and mix all ingredients together. Top with 6-7 dots of butter. Bake 1 1/2-2 hours at 300 degrees F.

Servings: 8

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Cooking Time: 90-120 Minutes

I don't understand the 3 eggs separated, but you don't tell how to separate or when to use them in the recipe. The directions just say to mix them all together.

This recipe was posted about 10 years ago and Robin is no longer active on the site. I can't find any recipes online that seem to use separated eggs so I think that might be a typo.

I'm changing it to eggs, beaten instead.
