This sounds great. Occasionally I use tofu but have never tried baking it. I wish they'd mentioned if they used medium, firm, or extra firm tofu. I'm going to try it with firm.
Hello, I used firm. I had a photo up but I guess it was not selected to be use. :)
FYI- I just made this recipe but used nutritional yeast on some and ground flax seeds in place of the cornstarch.
Both came out nice a crispy too!

Extra-firm slices beautifully. No oil necessary.
I used tapioca starch instead of cornflour and it turned out good.
I did make too many though and used some as croutons in my salad. That was different but a nice change.
