Here's a quick and simple wet rub for salmon made with a few ingredients. Paired with white rice and side of vegetables. A perfect light meal for lunch or dinner.

Yield: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 lemon grass stalk
- 1" ginger knob
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1.25 salmon fillet
- dash of olive oil
Steps:
- Mince all ingredients (ginger, lemon grass and garlic).
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Make any adjustments, if you'd like.
- I brushed foil with olive oil so the fish won't stick to the pan. Put wet rub over fish. Bake at 425 F for 20-25 minutes, or until finished to your preference.
