Saute' the onion, garlic and zucchini in the margarine. Add pepper, then put mixture in greased baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, flour and cheese and pour over squash. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes or until firm.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Pour into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Recipe for Fresh Apple Omelette. Preheat oven 375 degrees F. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. With electric mixer, beat egg whites until foamy. Add 3 Tbsp. sugar, continue beating until stiff. In small. bowl, place flour mix, adding milk and egg yolks.
