Does anyone know the colors of a Mfr. Ball Bearing reel lawnmower? It has metal wheels and was made in CT I think. I want to restore for gift.

Each brand had their own colors and most were ball bearing reel mowers so either you have a brand name or just pick your color.
Google shows some vintage mowers but without a brand name it will just be a generic color.

You might ask about colors on one of these forums but they probably will not be able to help you without several pictures of the mower - pictures of full mower - wheels - any numbers or names on mower

The mfr is Ball Bearing enscribed on inside wheel as well as SV6
I'm not sure that Ball Bearing is the manufacturer as many of the vintage reel mowers had ball bearing on their wheels.
I believe you will have to ask your question and show pictures on one of the forums to see if someone can identify your mower.
What is the 485 bearing go with in the mower name and price
All the ones that my younger brother owned were all painted red or green. He did have a few of them where the inside blades were green and the outside wheel were red. Normally the handles were just wood and where the metal part of the handle went down to the mower it was painted the same color as the blades.
Most of these mowers are painted red, or painted red and green - here are pictures through the various years and models -www.bing.com/
