Balloon Melted Onto a Painted Wall?

I had a birthday balloon affixed to my wall for too long, it actually melted on the paint. Anyone know what I could use to get it off without harming the paint?

Hi you can actually use a magic eraser sponge, it got some of mine off. Then I used an actual magic eraser, that like erases pencil marks. This seemed to get all 5 of the pink balloon marks off my white walls.

I would just paint over it.
