Ingredients:
- 1 one-pound flank steak
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Steps:
- Poke several holes into meat with a sharp knife. Add all the ingredients together in a large dish, or in a plastic bag. Let sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Heat a pan over moderately high heat and drop the steak in. Cook for about 6 minutes per side or until you reach your desired doneness. Garlic pieces will crisp up and a nice glaze will form on the bottom of your pan. Pour on steak to serve.
