The bananas, vanilla, and honey take over in sweetness, and give it a luxuriously smooth texture. It actually tastes similar to a very naughty diner milkshake. Promise you'll love it!
Total Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 1 smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups chopped kale
- 2/3 cup any type of milk
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until creamy. If you'd like it thinner, add water and puree a bit more.
