We get bags of bananas at a discount at our local grocery. They come like 20 for $2 so we buy them, freeze some, and bake things. The packaging also comes with recipes, and this is one I tried to great effect.

I had one banana that I needed to use so I tried your recipe. I used gluten free flour and they turned out very good. They don't have to get cold for me to enjoy them. I ate them all during the cooking process and grabbed a couple more just then on my way to the computer to write this comment.
I'll put the rest of them in the freezer with all of my other gluten free sweets. That's the only way I can control myself from eating too many.
