Bar Keepers Friend and a soft scrub sponge works best for me. It removes all shower spots and window spots from sprinklers. Window on right had the whole lower half with spots.

I was astonished at how well Bar Keepers and a soft scrub sponge worked on our shower sliding door and outside windows after I tried everything else.
It's the best cleanser "bar" none!
3 years of trying everything and the Sprikler made it worse year by year. Then I used Bar Keepers and without hard scrubbing all the water spots are gone!!! Thank you for sharing!
Had a window with decades of hard water spots on it. Looked into replacing the window but it just wasnt in the budget, so I decided I couldnt do worse, so I tried the Barkeepers Friend and it made a huge difference! It took a lot of scrubbing, but 90% of it is gone. When I can get back around to it, Ill mark the opposite side of the window with a dry erase marker so I know where I need to scrub a little more.
