Another great warm-weather sandwich recipe!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can corned beef
- 1 sm. bottle ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Add remaining ingredients to ground beef and onion. Cook over medium heat until warm. Serve on hamburger buns.
Servings:
24 sandwiches

10 Minutes
Cooking Time:
varies - just until heated through Minutes

This is like Sloppy Joes. Brown beef with a little bit of water and salt. Add brown sugar, green peppers, onion, ketchup, and a dash of chili powder.
The more you simmer, the better it gets. Serve on buns.
