Barbecue Flatjacks

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
• 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

• 1 can refrigerated biscuits
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 (10 oz.) can pizza sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

In large frying pan brown hamburger and onion; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce and Tabasco sauce.. Simmer while preparing crust.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place in ungreased 9x13 pan; press together over bottom and 1 inch upsides to form crust.

Spread hot meat mixture over dough. Pour pizza sauce over meat mixture; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
