When your counter space in your work room is limited, you do what ever you can to save space. Today, I gathered up the spooled crochet threads and put them on this bath tissue holder. I could fit one more if I had it but, by my calculations, you can fit 4 large or 5 smaller ones on it.
With the thread going across the top, it isn't possible to work while even one spool is on the spindle, but it's a great way to store them.

I saw your post about using a tp holder for your yarn and I'm reminded of what I've done with paper towel holders. I use them for storing my mason jar rings, one holder each of the two sizes I use.
