I am trying to come up with a name for my business. I will be selling bath and body products and eventually some homemade products.
I would like to incorporate butterflies in honor of my Mammaw. Shortly before she passed away in 2016 she told me she would always be the butterfly on my shoulder. :-( <3
I considered using that as the name: "Butterfly on My Shoulder"
What do you think? Too long? I know the name itself doesn't really make a connection with the product.

That can be the name of your business then - Bath & Body Products & More. You can also include your mission statement and inspiration how the name came up! :)
Butterfly on My Shoulder is a beautiful thought but a business needs to have something that describes what it is/does/sells or it can just get "lost in space" so to speak.
If you already had a following you may be able to use it if you were going to depend on "word of mouth" for your clients/buyers.
Once you set up your name and tag line you can always incorporate your lovely story in your ads/letterhead.
Maybe try writing butterfly and keep adding different words that relate to your business and maybe you will find a good combination - better if only 2 to 3 words, especially if you plan to sell online.

I am still considering the sudsy shoulder idea... For now this is what I have come up with - ???
I love that name and it looks very pretty. I like the graphics and the color scheme, especially that rich brown gold.
I would use an easier to read font and make the text a bigger. It is pretty hard to read the way it is, especially the "bath body and more" which needs to be prominent with a name that doesn't describe the product directly.
If you want to use a scripty font, try doing the Outline option. That makes it pop off the page and is easier to read. You also should be able to move the three lines closer together, by changing the space options. That will make it look more polished and professional.
