We have a beige tub and shower surround, a beige toilet, and a bright white vanity. The floors are now a greyish black wood tile. I tried a wheat color on the walls and it just looks yellow and I hate it. Any suggestions? I was thinking greyish blues or greens, but I'm really not sure.

Beige is a tricky colour. You need to get some swatches of paint and see how they look next to it. I think that your colour choices should work, but you will need just the right shade to avoid the "yellow" look that you dislike, which I think is coming from the contrast with the beige. Do not be afraid to go bold. Of course, another way to go is white, and then use very bold and bright towels and shower curtain to jazz up the room.
