Are there any organizations around that can help with bathrooms that are falling apart? I have lost my job and my husband can not do the work due to health issues. The tubs are falling through the floor. I am soon to be 60 years old myself and I wouldn't know how to do it. The floors are caving in and bugs are starting to come in through them. Someone stole our AC unit so we don't even have AC. We just don't know what to do.

Are the floors caving in due to water damage, such as leaking plumbing, or is it because of the bugs? It is possible your homeowner's insurance covers this. You need to find out what it does cover.
If this is a rental, it is uninhabitable. Google "tenant advocacy" along with the major city closest to you. Some helpful links will come up. It is illegal for your landlord to rent an uninhabitable unit.
