Bathroom Wall Paint Color Advice?

I have 12x12 tile dark green with grey running through the tile. I wanted advice on a wall color. I looked at the Benjamin Moore color chart in November: Rain 2141-60, Moonshine 2140-60, Gray Owl 2137-60, and Gray Mirage 2142-50.
