Baxter is a one-eye cat who was rescued by an animal shelter when he was just weeks old! Both his eyes were severely infected, but they were only able to save one of them. We adopted him based on a photo on the internet when he was 8 weeks old, we knew he was special.
We've had him 4 years and are very proud parents of this amazing gifted cat.

Thank you for taking him into your loving home! He is awesome! Thank you so much for sharing!
He looks like a sweetie, and I'm so glad for people like you who adopt rescued pets with disabilities. I too have a rescued cat with one eye; Daisy's eyes also were badly infected when the rescuers caught her, and she spent about 2 months at a vet's while they tried to save her sight. In the end, they had to remove her right eye. I got her a couple of months after she recuperated at the rescuer's house.
