You don't need expensive materials to make new jewelry. To make this beautiful brooch, I used a piece of old jeans, a piece of a plastic shampoo bottle, a few beads and crystals. It is easy and quick to make such a brooch.
Total Time: 30 Minutes
Supplies:
- white denim, I used a piece from old jeans
- white plastic, I used an empty shampoo bottle
- white threads
- needle
- crystals
- beads of different sizes
- scissors
- compass
- pencil
- hot glue
- brooch pin
Steps:
- Cut a 1.5-inch circle out of the plastic.
- Cut a circle about 0.4 inches larger from the jeans.
- Wrap the plastic circle in a denim circle, join the edges on the back by sewing them together.
- Mark the center on the front. Embroider sectors.
- Sew one large crystal in the center and several small crystals around the edges.
- Sew beads around the edges.
- Cut a 1.9 inches circle out of jeans and glue the back of the brooch.
Sew on a pin and your brooch is ready.
