You don't need an elastic band to make a bracelet stretch. I came up with a special way of stringing of beads on a fishing line, which made this bracelet not only stretchable, but also original looking.

Total Time: 30 Minutes
Supplies:
56 in braided fishing line 0.55 mm
27 white pearl plastic beads with diameter 0.8 cm
18 white pearl plastic beads with diameter 0.5 cm
27 blue pearl plastic beads with diameter 0.8 cm
18 blue pearl plastic beads with diameter 0.5 cm
white and blue seed beads
1 transparent crystal with diameter 1 cm
scissors
Steps:
String 1 big blue bead, 1 small blue bead and 1 blue seed bead. Move the beads at the end of the fishing line.
String back through the small blue bead and the big blue bead.

String 1 white seed bead, 1 blue seed bead and repeat the steps 1-6 8 times. At the very end, do not string 1 blue seed bead.
Stretch the bracelet and check if you have enough length.
String a crystal. String 1 blue seed bead on the opposite end of the fishing line.
Tie a knot at one end of the fishing line, but do not tighten the knot. Pass the opposite end of the fishing line through this knot and tie a knot around the fishing line (see photo). Tighten the knots as close to the beads as possible.
