Beef Stew

Ingredients

• 1-2 medium potatoes, diced
• beef stew meat (as much as you like)
• 3-4 carrots, sliced
• salt and pepper, to taste
• beef flavored bouillon granules (to taste)
• 2 cans vegetable juice (V-8 or similar)
• 1 cup green beans, sliced with juice
• 2 pkgs. prepared dry brown gravy mix

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and simmer all day. Stir in the dry brown gravy mix just before serving.
