Many people make New Year's promises, as I call them, only to find them failed by the next few months. I don't do those for one reason. Many promises begin with the promise to fail. I started learning that you have to find something you love in order to make it with joy.
Find something you love to craft, cook, or sew. Make time for it each day and soon you will fill yourself with so much joy.
I decided to make something I did not buy in the store. I now learned what gives me the best joy. It gets better with time. I learned to use a paper cutter from a friend and the beauty is shining through me.
