Being frugal can be hard work for some people. I find it very satisfying and fun. Doing things to save money is better than doing nothing. You must be realistic. You have to have an open mind to accept new ideas. If you do nothing, you will accomplish nothing.
Take small steps. If there is a list of 40 frugal things, just start with two ideas. There are so many things you can do to save money.

I agree but it is fun to find another way to extend or save without feeling it. Yesterday I found a new site that includes foraging which I never done. So now I have a new hobby and can not wait to make my own violet vinegar with wild flowers.
