Any time that you can sweeten your food naturally with fruits, it's just that much healthier! I enjoy recipes that take otherwise boring meals and liven them up. This oatmeal is anything but boring. It is chock full of healthy berries and nuts and will keep you going strong all morning long. Enjoy!
