Essentially, what you're doing here is eating raw oats or oatmeal. I've been doing this since I was a child. I would pour milk over oats just as you would over cornflakes.
As to the readers who try your overnight oats, I think maybe they will never want cooked oatmeal, again. Plus, this has got to be one of the tastiest and healthiest concoctions a person could eat.
