I want to make several outdoor wreaths using various seashells. What is best glue to use for seashells that will withstand high heat and humidity?

I would use Gorilla Glue.
If you want it to last, I would suggest finding marine epoxy glue and using it. It is expensive, but it lasts. Be sure to use it in a well ventilated area and follow the directions exactly. Also wear gloves and eye protection.
Post photos of your finished products! Blessings!
Gorilla glue liquid is the best ever!
I suggest you try E6000 available in craft section of Walmart, or any craft store. Its wonderful.
I live in the tropics and I have found out the only way to do this is with epoxy. I had to buy epoxy and mix the two containers together in order to glue the shells.
