Better Than Chocolate Ice Cream Frozen Pie

This is a chocolate pie that is frozen overnight. It keeps for up to 3 months, but it won't last that long.

It has milk and cream cheese, chocolate chips, and a chocolate crust.

I don't do the chocolate crust, just a graham cracker crust with chocolate syrup glazed on the bottom of it before I pour in the pie filling. But I change recipes all the time.

Ingredients:

1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk divided in half
1 3 ounce package cream cheese softened
1 8 ounce carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 9 inch chocolate crumb or graham cracker crust
1 package milk chocolate Kisses for garnishing

Steps:

In microwave, heat chocolate chips and 1/4 cup milk until chocolate chips are melted.
Stir until smooth.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and the other 1/4 milk until smooth.
Gradually beat in chocolate mixture.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into crust and freeze overnight or at least 4 to 6 hours.
Remove from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving and garnish with extra whipped cream and milk chocolate Kisses if desired.
