This frosting is a winner at family functions and parties. It has a rich, semi sweet flavor that can be controlled through the amount of powdered sugar used. This is similar to the recipe I used to frost apple and carrot cake. Yes, it is good, very good. If you want less calories, you can use neufchatel cheese rather than cream cheese. Just as good.
