I am having a problem with tiny, black biting bugs. You feel it on your skin and it's gone like a flash of lightning. It bites leaving a terrible itch and small bump. What can this be?

Its probably fleas, especially if you have pets. Although if you are around someone that does have fleas. They kinda follow you around. Not to mention with it being summertime and the mild winter we had. Fleas are definitely a big issue this year.
Spread dry 20 mule team Borax. 2 cups average carpeted room for 2 weeks before you vacuum.
I have a question. It is not clear on how to use the borax. 2 cups every day? or spread 2 cups and leave it for 2 weeks before you vacuum again?
If you've been outside they may be tiny ticks. I have had them and they look like a black speck hardly visible and if attached to you, very hard to just remove. I used my fingernail and then saw they had tiny little feet just like a tick. Itch like crazy and last for over a week.
