This is nothing like the Blue Cheese Dressing from the store - it's much better. You only taste the natural ingredients. You'll never want to go back to the other stuff. Creamy, blue cheesy and oh so delicious.
Mix mustard with lemon juice and vinegar. Add crumbled cheese and mash thoroughly. Gradually add olive oil, stirring until the dressing is completely smooth. Season to taste with pepper.

Mix 4 oz crumbled blue or feta cheeses to 16 oz. nonfat plain yogurt. Add 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar, mix to blend and allow flavors to blend in refrigerator for a few hours.
Combine; mayo, sour cream and buttermilk, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Refrigerate for 24 hours for best flavor.
