A delicious cake for parties especially since our entire family loves blueberries and they are so good for you! I'm bringing one along to my daughters when we celebrate Thanksgiving there this year!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 55 minutes
Yield: 8" X 8" pan

Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup sugar (I substituted Stevia)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- Crumb Topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup margarine

Steps:
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt in separate bowl.
- In another bowl, cream margarine, gradually beat in sugar, milk and egg until smooth.
- Add dry ingredients to wet.

- Fold in blueberries. Spread batter on greased and floured 8"X 8" pan.

Crumb Topping
- Mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in margarine.
- Add to top of batter.

- Bake at 375F for 40-45 minutes.
