My husband has experimented with creating many recipes. Meatloaf was always a favorite because it's easy, economical, and freezes well. After trying this recipe, I asked him to write it down as it was a "keeper".
Ingredients:
- 4 lb. hamburger
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 8 oz. Hunt's Meatloaf Sauce
- 1 pkg. Manwich Sloppy Joe Mix
- 1 pkg. Schilling Meatloaf Seasoning Mix
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper
Directions:
Mix ingredients together, divide into loaf pans, bake at 350 degrees F for an hour, and enjoy!
