My husband is turning 50 on the Boxing Day! I would like to throw him a surprise party. As it's a busy time of the year, I can't think what to do for him! I might even be late to arrange something. Any ideas please?

Im not sure I know what the Boxing Day is, Are you talking about professional Boxing like the sport? As far as surprise party ideas, I would consider inviting his friends and coworkers for a private luncheon maybe. At his favorite restaurant or if you have the space have caterers come to your home with his favorite type of foods. As far as the guests, Ask them to bring a greeting card to be given at a later date but have it be personal reflecting how they know each other or when they became friends then once you collect all the cards you can mail them to him individually through out the year so that from time to time he will get an encouraging card in the mail out of the blue.
Boxing Day is December 26th, the day after Christmas. I believe it is an English holiday more than anywhere else.
