Braised Pork in Soy Garlic Sauce

Braised Pork in Soy Garlic SauceThis dish is delicious with rice. Here in Vietnam we like to eat it with the fat and skin but if you prefer your meat with out those bits, choose your cut of meat accordingly. This dish is loved by both my son and grandson!

This sounds wonderful and quick to prepare! Thanks for sharing. But, I do have a question... is the chili sauce mentioned in your recipe equivalent to the American style chili sauce that comes in bottles and is sometimes used as a spicy substitute for ketchup? Heinz is a common brand. It is very mild. Could I use this in place of the chili sauce listed in your recipe? Thanks!

For this recipe, you want to use something like Sriracha or Chili Garlic Paste. You can find these in the Asian section of any major grocery store.
