During baking a basic bread, I noticed that my kneading blade keeps on spinning until 20 minutes before completion of the baking and would not stop for the bread to start it's rising cycle. I switched off the machine and turned it on after some minutes. It still continued spinning. I also observed that the body of the bread maker was warm as if it's baking. Please I need a fast solution.

You haven't mentioned a brand or model number in your question but I suspect in is the control board under the panel that has gone bad.
If it is broken, go to any yard sale or thrift shop and get another one. It's not worth fixing
Same problem here. We found that when the baking cycle comes up, unplug the machine, remove the paddle/blade, put some baking paper on the knob and put the bread back in to bake. Sadly haven't found a better solution yet. Searched for "Paddle / blade keeps rotating / turning / spinning and never stops / non-stop", sadly no answers found.
