I have an old bread machine, Hitachi HB-B101. The machine seems to be working, but power does not transfer to the paddle and it does not knead dough. Does this mean the bottom of the pan is worn out and the parts are not clicking? I am hoping replacing a pan and paddle would fix the issue. But before purchasing anything, if possible, I would like to pin point the issue. I appreciate any advise.

I would not purchase anything. Bread machines are so cheap at thrift stores and yard sales. I even see them on Freecycle.
I have to agree with Judy. Likely, the belt that connects the motor to the shaft has either stretched or broken. Second hand machines are a dime a dozen and even your model is fairly inexpensive so you could just replace the entire machine.
I would also suggest looking for another machine in your local thrift stores.
When I need something in particular (such as this), I Google thrift stores with local zip and just start calling to see if any have what I'm looking for.
Of course, I also look when I'm in the area of a thrift store but special trips can get expensive.
I have also placed 'wanted' ads in Freecycle, Craigslist, Nextdoor and sometimes had good results.
Always ask to check out a machine before buying (some stores place stickers on the appliances that have been checked out).
Thank you all for your opinions! Just because this is my oldest appliance so wanted to see if there is a chance to see any possibility to keep as long as possible. But maybe time to say good bye. It was the first item I got after I got membership at Costco.
