Ingredients:
- 1 fudge brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 egg
- 36 miniature paper baking cups
- 1 tub chocolate frosting
- 1 tube (0.68 oz) white decorating gel
Steps:
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil so foil goes over the sides of the pan, about 2 inches. Spray bottom of foil with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir brownie mix, oil, water and egg with spoon about 50 times. Spread in pan.
- Bake 26 to 29 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan by lifting foil; peel off foil.
- Using plastic knife, cut brownies into 6 rows by 6 rows; Put brownie squares into miniature paper baking cups.
- Microwave frosting uncovered on High 20 seconds. Stir thoroughly until smooth.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon frosting over top of each brownie. Decorate with gel, if you want to.
