So I was cleaning up and found a cup that had rolled under my bedside table. Inside was a spider and a small bug it captured. Any ideas as to what this is?

It looks to me to be some kind of a gnat.
It looks like a beetle. I would guess it's nothing to worry about. Unless you're the beetle and there's a spider around....LOL !!!
In your photographs, it is almost impossible to distinguish this bug. You did not write on what size it is, nor if it has wings. Maybe it's gnat. Gnats are typically small, slender flies with long legs and lengthy antennae. But adult gnats are very small - typically less than 1/4 of an inch long.
If you can't get good quality photos, then write what size it is and if it has long legs and wings like a fly. In the photo, I can not distinguish either long legs or wings, but it is quite possible that this bug has them, but they are simply entangled in cobwebs.
