Does anybody know what this bug is? There are loads coming out of the bottom of my patio door.

These tiny pepper like bugs are called - Psocids- or better known as Book Lice (no relation to lice). They are very tiny to the eye to see ,1/16 of a inch. The love to hang around humid areas , damp, and also moldy areas.
Looks like a black smooth spider beetle.
Harmless. Best to hose them away.
Looks like you have an infestation of bugs and they have to be coming or going to a special place/food. I believe you should find out exactly what bug you have as they may not just 'go away'.
I have seen these bugs here and some people call them beetles but I do believe they are ticks. I see them crawling on walls and all over the place during certain seasons here. The tick and the beetle almost look the same as the picture you are showing here.
