I was appointed to build a float representing our local elementary school for an upcoming parade. I have never done this before and could use all the help I can get. The theme is: Building our county for a better future. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Since there is an issue of bullying in schools and violence how about a police car float and police costumes for the ones on the float and a McRuff crime dog as well.
