I have a small black hunting dog. I've noticed a bump on her eye that pink. It's like a bubble on her eyelid, and it doesn't seem to be bothering her. What should I do?

Take her to a vet and find out for sure. The sooner it done, the faster she might heal. At least you'll know for sure.
Full on agree with the previous poster - take this dog to the vet ASAP if you haven't already. And please update us!
See your Vet. It may be easy to cure with an antibiotic ointment or drops. As the "bump" grows, it becomes painful as it presses on the eyeball.
