Bumps on Esperanza Plant Leaves?

I recently bought a mature Esperanza, 3 gallon, at Home Depot. It has great blooms and is still thriving, however little spore like bumps are appearing on the leaves...like blisters. What might this be and do I need to do anything? So far the leaves are not dropping nor turning color.
